The luxurious amenities at this hotel surpassed our expectations. We enjoyed a pleasant swim in the pristine pool and relaxed in the amazing spa area decorated with a modest and harmonious design. the friendly staff greeted us warmly, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and offered a comfortable stay.

The only issue we encountered was the slow service in the restaurant, causing some frustration while waiting for our food. the extensive food menu with multiple healthy options available made up for the inconvenience.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff in the dining area was friendly and helpful. They also had a convenient shuttle service to take you around town. the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable.

The staff at the reception desk were unprofessional and rude, and did not seem interested in assisting us with anything. the location was inconvenient and far from any tourist attractions, requiring a long commute on public transportation.
